Sudah semakin banyaknya orang-orang kirim barang melalui J&T tapi masih bingung apa saja istilah istilah ketika saat cek resi. Untuk mengatasi kebingungan itu kami berikan informasi bermanfaat istilah kode pelacakan resi pengiriman melalui J&T yang harus kalian ketahui:

PAKET SUDAH DITERIMAPaket sudah sampai ke tangan penerima.


GATEWAYIstilah ini menunjukkan kode lokasi paket dengan menggunakan format (KODEKOTA_GATEWAY). Contohnya: SUB_GATEWAY artinya paket sedang berada di gudang J&T Express Surabaya. Paket kiriman di gudang ini akan disortir sebelum diteruskan.J&T menggunakan daftar kode bandara di Indonesia sebagai referensi Gateway atau gudang porses sortir mereka.
SPRINTER / SPRINTER SEDANG MENGIRIMDalam sistem J&T, Sprinter artinya kurir. Ini artinya paket telah tiba di Drop Point J&T daerah tujuan dan sedang dalam proses pengantaran oleh Sprinter. Nama Sprinter-nya juga akan tertera dalam hasil cek resi.
BERMASALAHStatus bahwa ada terjadi masalah dalam pengiriman. Beberapa masalah yang mungkin terjadi adalah alamat yang tertera salah, atau Sprinter belum menemukan alamat tujuan.
SIMPANInformasi bahwa paket kamu tidak memungkinkan untuk diantarkan saat itu juga, biasanya karena kendala waktu dan jarak, sehingga harus disimpan dulu di cabangnya (Drop Point).Kalau paket tidak memungkinkan untuk diantar saat itu juga maka akan disimpan dulu di cabangnya (Drop Point). Seringnya karena kemalaman atau terlalu jauh.
SCANMenginformasikan bahwa paket telah diproses dan diupdate statusnya.
SEDANG MENJALANKAN SIMPAN SCANPaket telah tiba di Drop Point J&T namun belum dapat langsung diproses karena di luar jam kerja atau Sprinter sedang overload antaran sehingga paket disimpan sementara dan baru akan diproses keesokan harinya.
SEDANG MENJALANKAN BERMASALAH SCANPaket telah tiba di Drop Point J&T, tetapi belum dapat diproses karena adanya masalah internal maupun eksternal. Biasanya masalahnya adalah sistem error, alamat tidak jelas, paket berisi barang yang dilarang oleh hukum, paket tercecer di gudang atau paket salah drop dalam proses sorting, dll.
INVALID AIRWAY BILLIstilah ini muncul jika nomor resi yang kamu masukkan salah, atau server tracking J&T Express sedang mengalami gangguan (down). Jika server sedang down, kode resi tidak akan berhasil dilacak baik lewat website desktop, browser smartphone, maupun aplikasi pihak ketiga.
