When you purchase any paid products you will receive access to a support service and update for those products for a period of one year. You may renew the support service for your paid products by buying the same product again.

Support Scope
- Our themes and plugin are guaranteed to work on a clean installation of WordPress according to the version mentioned on the product.
- TonjooStudio products are designed to be installed on the standalone version of WordPress which is free to download at www.wordpress.org.
- Once our themes/plugin have been altered, modified, customized, or additional applications/plugins have been added, we can no longer guarantee the site will work.
- We aim to have our themes compatible with most popular plugins, so please let us know if you experience an issue. We don’t guarantee a fix, but we’ll help as best as we can.
- Beside the included documentation file in your premium file download, you can also view our forum for more reference.
Feature Request
- Support is not a feature request, there is no obligation from us to add a new feature to the product.
- The product feature is described in the product description page.
- If you feel the product does not fulfill your requirement, you can ask for a refund.
3rd Plugin and Theme Compatibility
- We do not guarantee that the plugin will work with All of the WordPress/WooCommerce plugin.
- However we try our best to conform to the WordPress/WooCommerce API.
- Some plugins change the way WordPress/WooCommerce works significantly. For example, Instant Checkout plugin where the plugin does not call the Checkout hook, which causes our plugin not to work.
- If you have compatibility problems, you can ask for a refund within the refund period.
What kind of support that TonjooStudio will provide ?
- Fixing bugs and reported issues.
- Responding to questions or problems regarding the item and its features.
- Providing updates to ensure compatibility with new software versions.
Item support does not include:
- Customization and installation services.
- Plugin tweaking/modification.
- Support for third party software and plug-ins.
Support Hour
- Support hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (GMT + 7:00).
- All support questions are generally answered within one or two day.
Communication Channel
- TonjooStudio We will not provide free individual support via telephone, instant messenger, e-mail, Facebook page, Google Plus page or Twitter account.
- We provide support only through forums by creating new topics or replying to existing topics.
Code Customization
- We don’t do custom code for your website. However we will give you instruction on how to solve your problem in step-by-step manner.
- Only small customization is supported by our team. Such as: Color change, element alignment and other small stuff.
Website Support
- If we get access to log-in on the customer’s website, we are not responsible for any damage including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses.
Free Plugin/Theme support
- Free plugin/theme user also eligible for support, but on a lower priority than the premium user.

- Jika ada perubahan kode pada theme ataupun plugin yang dilakukan pembeli, kami tidak menjamin support pada produk tersebut.
- Kami mencoba sebaik mungkin untuk memberikan kompabilitas terhadap plugin-plugin yang populer. Jika terdapat bug/masalah kompabilitas dengan plugin populer kami akan berusaha sebaik mungkin memberikan perbaikan.
Fitur Baru
- Support yang diberikan TonjooStudio bukan merupakan sarana untuk menambahkan fitur baru.
- Fungsionalitas produk dijelaskan secara lengkap pada halaman produk. Jika anda merasa produk kami tidak memiliki fitur yang diinginkan anda dapat meminta refund sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.
Kompatibilitas Plugin dan Theme 3rd Party
- Kami tidak dapat menjamin plugin dan theme kami berjalan 100% pada semua WordPress/WooCommerce yang ada.
- Kami mendevelop produk kami sesuai dengan standard API WordPress/WooCommerce.
- Beberapa plugin merubah cara kerja WordPress/WooCommerce secara significant. Misalnya pada plugin instant checkout dimana plugin tersebut tidak memanggil hook Checkout yang menyebabkan plugin ongkos kirim kami tidak bekerja.
- Jika anda memiliki masalah kompabilitas anda dapat mengajukan refund.
